I was amazed at the professionalism of the desk staff. I thought I had lost mr keys and was unable to find them anywhere. The staff were extremely busy with a lobby full of families of youth baseball players. Gina calmly and politely told me she would help me as soon as she checked in the others. She was so kind and did call the road service people as soon as she could. Thankfully I found my keys before they arrived. However, her kindness was greatly appreciated. Staff was exceptional. Also thought the breakfast was great.

The lobby, elevators, hallways amd room was very clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was extremely convenient as we were attending an event at the Event Center! We also noticed (but did not use) and very nice workout room and pool area. Multiple convenient exits as well. The breakfast area was clean and very well organized. Everything you can think of for breakfast! Excellent!!

This is my go to place to stay. The ladies at the front desk are the best. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The price is a bit high for my budget but in comparison to other hotels in their status they are well priced. Also if I weigh in the free breakfast it seems to be better deal because I can make it brunch.

The breakfast there was simple, but good, and I also loved that it was included with the stay without any extra charge. The location of the hotel was great for the things that we did during our stay. The staff was nice and helpful, and the room was mostly clean.
